Reception at the German Embassy in Prague
On the occasion of this year’s traditional meeting of “The Girls of Room 28” in Spindlermühle, Czech Republic, the Ambassador of Germany, Helmut Elfenkämper and his wife invited the women along with their friends as well as the media into the German Embassy in Prague on September 11th, 3p.m.
Following the reception the Czech version of the touring-exhibition Děvčata z pokoje 28, L 410, Terezin was opened in the Goethe-Institute at 5 p.m. The exhibition is under the patronage of the German Ambassador. The hosts, Dr. Stephan Nobbe and Mr. Jürgen Bachmann, welcomed the guests.
The „Girls of Room 28“and their friends were very much impressed about the cordial and solemn reception in the Lobkowicz Palais in Prague.
