Room 28 Projects offers a wide spectrum of activities in the context of the exhibition The Girls from Room 28, L 410, Theresienstadt and of Brundibár performances—readings, concerts, conversations with the witnesses, lectures, and more.
Room 28 Projects addresses schools, theatres, and all those institutions and persons that look into contemporary history with a focus on the Holocaust or on Jewish and European history and culture. It is also relevant for any organization that deals with ethical issues and strives to impart knowledge, especially to young people. The subject matter is complex and multifaceted, illuminating a diverse range of aspects— historical, artistic, cultural, ethical, and educational. Therefore, it can be woven into manifold similarly-oriented activities.

Class-Play of the Waldorf-School Hamburg-Wandsbek. On July 16, 2006, the students of 8a of the Rudolf Steiner School in Hamburg Wandsbek (aged 14) staged a play about the fate and life of the children in the ghetto Theresienstadt. It was based on the story of "The Girls from Room 28" along with other sources such as the documents from the young boys from Room 1 who had produced their own magazin, Vedem. The students developed their own play, under the guidance of their teacher Dr. Ulrich Kaiser.
